1. Refunds Not Applicable
Because the subscription provides immediate access to digital services, no refunds are provided once payment is made.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service fails for more than 30 consecutive days
- There is a verified technical issue that prevents access
Final decision rests with Life09.care.
3. Cancellation
Users may request account deletion anytime, but unused subscription periods are non-refundable.
