Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Refunds Not Applicable

Because the subscription provides immediate access to digital services, no refunds are provided once payment is made.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service fails for more than 30 consecutive days
  • There is a verified technical issue that prevents access

Final decision rests with Life09.care.

3. Cancellation

Users may request account deletion anytime, but unused subscription periods are non-refundable.
