Welcome to LIFE09 (operated by netRtva). By purchasing, renewing, upgrading, or continuing to use the Life09 platform, the Institution confirms that it has read, understood, and agreed to this comprehensive Subscription, Upgrade, and Support Policy.

1. General Definitions

 

• • Life09 / Platform: Refers to the Life09 Smart Management System operated by netRtva.

• • Institution: Any school, academy, coaching center, training institute, organization, or entity subscribing to Life09.

• • Active Student Strength: The total number of active student records maintained in the Life09 system.

• • Subscription Period: The duration for which the subscription has been purchased and remains valid.

2. Plan Hierarchy & Pricing Base

 

• • Student Strength Tiers: Subscription plans are structured into distinct tiers based strictly on the Institution’s active student strength.

• • Plan Tiers: The specific packages include the Starter Plan, Growth Plan, Accelerate Plan, Institution Plan, and Campus Plan.

• • Pricing Reference: The baseline pricing, standard fees, and feature availability for each plan tier are maintained dynamically and published on our official product pages on the life09.in website.

3. Plan Validity & Duration

 

• • One-Year Rule: All subscription packages are strictly valid for a period of one (1) year.

• • Commencement: The validity period commences from the date of purchase, account activation, or system installation, whichever occurs earliest.

• • Existing Customers: Institutions that subscribed to Life09 prior to 01 August 2026 shall continue to enjoy their existing benefits and pricing until their current paid subscription period expires. Revisions apply prospectively to their next renewal.

4. Self-Declaration, Upgrades, & Web Purchase Process

 

• • Self-Declaration & Voluntary Purchase: All subscription purchases, tier selections, and student counts are made on a self-declaration and voluntary basis by the subscriber. The Institution is responsible for maintaining accurate, updated records.

• • Automatic Plan Upgrade: If an Institution’s active student strength exceeds its current plan limit at any time, the next applicable subscription plan automatically applies, and the Institution becomes liable for upgrade charges.

• • Web Purchase & Multi-Tier Multipliers: Plan upgrades are managed directly via the Plan Upgrade product package on the life09.in website.

• • Upgrading by ONE Next Level (e.g., Starter to Growth) incurs a fixed incremental fee as specified on the Plan Upgrade product page.

• • For multi-tier jumps (e.g., Tier 1 directly to Tier 3), the subscriber must adjust the Quantity (Qty) of the Plan Upgrade package at web checkout accordingly to match the number of tier levels being stepped up.

• • No-Downgrade Provision: Once an Institution upgrades to a higher subscription tier, all future renewals must continue under that upgraded tier (or higher). Downgrades to lower subscription plans are not permitted.

• • Tax Clause: All plan prices, upgrades, and support fees listed across our product pages are exclusive of statutory taxes. GST is extra and will be applied at checkout.

5. Technical Support Services (Billed Separately)

Technical support is not bundled into the base subscription fees and must be purchased as separate service add-ons from their respective product pages:

 

• • One-Time Installation Support: A separate setup fee is applicable for the initial system configuration and setup.

• • Monthly Invoice Generation Support: Billed monthly on an ongoing basis. Fees vary depending on your active plan tier, with individual rates detailed on the Monthly Invoice Generation Support product page.

• • Monthly Technical Support (Non-Administrative): A fixed recurring monthly fee covering standard system maintenance, bug fixes, and operational assistance, excluding data entry or administrative tasks.

6. Audit, Misrepresentation, & Non-Payment

 

• • Right to Audit: Life09 reserves the right to periodically review and verify the Institution’s active student records and system logs to ensure tier compliance.

• • Record Manipulation: Any deliberate suppression, deletion, or manipulation of student records to avoid an applicable subscription upgrade constitutes a material breach. netRtva reserves the right to immediately suspend or stop services without refund.

• • Non-Payment Penalties: Failure to pay subscription fees, renewal charges, or upgrade fees within the prescribed time gives netRtva the right, without prior notice, to suspend or restrict portal access and disable login functionalities for administrators, staff, students, and parents.

• • Data Access Restrictions: During periods of suspension for non-payment or breach, the Institution shall lose all access to the Life09 platform and its data until all outstanding dues are cleared.

7. Refunds & Policy Modifications

 

• • No Refunds: All payments made for subscription plans, renewals, tier upgrades, web purchases, setup fees, or monthly technical support services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• • Modification Rights: Life09 reserves the right to modify subscription plans, features, pricing, and student limits from time to time. Such revisions apply prospectively.

• • Final Authority: All interpretations, pricing disputes, tier eligibility evaluations, and billing matters shall be determined solely by netRtva / Life09 Management. The decision of management is final, conclusive, and binding.

Life09 is a multi-institute SaaS platform. Client access is limited to the Client’s authorised institute and subscribed services.

8. Technical Audit & Security Testing

 

• • Users must not conduct vulnerability testing, penetration testing, scanning, technical probing, reverse engineering, security testing or independent technical audits of the Life09 platform or its infrastructure without prior written authorisation from netRtva.

• • Users must not attempt to access, test, interfere with or obtain information relating to other institutes, users, accounts, data or restricted systems.

• • Technical or security issues identified during normal authorised use may be reported to netRtva through the designated support channel.

• • Unauthorised technical access or testing may constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of access and/or other remedies available under applicable law.
