1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the services and use of the Life09.care platform (“Service”), operated by netRtva, a sole-proprietor entity owned by Sanjay Koul. By subscribing to or using the Service, the user agrees to these Terms.
2. Nature of Service
Life09.care provides a digital platform and online tools for teachers, instructors, educators, NGOs, academies, and institutions.
This subscription provides access to digital features only
3. Service Fee
- Annual fee: ₹24,000 per instance. It is Pay-per-Use and all softwares and licenses are property of netRtva.
- Installation Services, if desired from netRtva are charged extra as available in the rate card.
- GST is charged extra as applicable.
- Fees must be paid in advance and are non-transferable.
4. Subscription Term & Renewal
- Duration: 1 year from the date of activation.
- Renewals must be completed before the expiry date to avoid service interruption.
- Life09.care may revise pricing with prior notice.
5. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Not misuse the platform.
- Use the service for lawful educational, academic, or NGO-related activities.
6. Platform Responsibilities
Life09.care will:
- Provide uninterrupted access except during scheduled maintenance.
- Offer support via email: contact@life09.in
- Maintain user privacy and data security per policy.
7. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or approved digital methods.
Tax invoice is issued digitally ; instead, a paper Invoice is not provided.
8. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are governed by the “Refund Policy” policy, kindly read the policy carefully.
Cancellation does not entitle the user to partial refunds.
9. Changes to Terms
Life09.care may modify these Terms with prior notice. Continued usage implies acceptance.
10. Legal Compliance
This agreement is governed by Indian law and jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
